Maruti Suzuki XL6, the hot dish with lots of style and cool elements, its neither main course nor starter its a MPV.
So after a long wait Maruti launched XL6 6-seater MPV (Multi Purpose utility Vehicle).
Maruti doesn't showed XL6 much, so it became a suspens for all Suzuki person and for whole country too. When they launched the car it was big surprise for India because the body language of this Suzuki is incredible, you can see the aggressiveness of SUV in MPV.
XL6 shares Ertiga's platform with enhancements like ground clearance increased, length increased.
Looks of this MPV is something else it look so cool, so fresh and very charming. The grill is typically of Suzuki style but the chrome over it makes it cool and stylish. It get quad chambered headlamp, LED projectors which have great throw at night, it get LED DRLs and LED fog lamps.
So the aluminum bumper hold the hands of sportiness and maintain the perfect blend of classiness and sportiness.
Moving to the side, the car is like keep going keep going and going because the length is eye widing, it is freaking long.
Its length is 4,445mm,
its width is 1,775mm,
its height is 1,770mm,
wheelbase is 2,740mm and
ground clearance 180mm.
The black colour material treatment at the side which starts from fog lamp and continue to rear. Windows are large enough for making cabin airy.
There are roof rails also and the sharp line on the side make this car extremely gorgeous.
At the rear, the tail lamps are very well designed and perfectly executed. The rear bumper look awesome, it get rear wiper, parking camera and a team of parking sensors. Spoiler stands out very nicely and chrome at the rear too.
Now let get inside XL6, after open the doors Maruti decorated the whole cabin by black. The dashboard of this MPV is very premium there are some new elements and some old are also there.
So the most attractive change that Maruti made is the extreme left AC vent, so here the vent is not bounded by boundaries I mean to say it is not like the regular vents, the vent's line continue to the center AC Vent but that is just for look, for me this work on the dashboard is very attractive.
On the middle of the dashboard the same infotainment screen which we saw in other Nexa gem. The instrument cluster is not changed.
The seats of the XL6 is very comfortable its 6- seater and with all adjustable headrest. Second row (captain seats) gets two arm rest and this row is reclinable to easy access third row, third row is little lesser in space than 1st and 2nd rows and taller person might experience some problems. Probably kids will enjoy third row and there are cup holders also.
Cabin feel very comfortable but it misses out sunroof (disappointing).
XL6 is based on Maruti Suzuki Ertiga and it get the same engine which Ertiga have 1.5l, BS6 compliant, produces 105 ps of power and 138Nm of torque. Available in 5 speed manual and 4 speed automatic transmission.
