In this era of facelift, Volkswagen also entered with the facelift model of Polo and Vento. On 4th of september the famous hatch and beautiful compect sedan's facelift side has been launched to live with people.
Now, I think, before starting this blog post any further let's park Vento somewhere else because it's too distracting for me to talk about one at a time, so we will catch Vento a bit later or probably in a second part of this blog....... Let's get started with Polo.....
Volkswagen Polo
First of all the design, although there is not much changes on the design but still Polo look so sporty because it is sporty by its birth.
It come with beautiful lights, LED projector setup with LED DRLs, the shape of the DRLs are just astounding they add sportiness more than we think. The fog lamps are also LED and look very nice. It comes with nice honey comb grill with chrome treatment over it, which makes it more aggressive and sporty.
It get very nice bumper and make this hatch more attractive.
The side profile of the car is what a perfect hatchback have. The most attractive thing which attracts crowd is the tyres the alloy design is just amazing. The doors are large enough for making entry a easy task.
Windows are very large no issue of claustrophobia but the disappointing thing is that, that it does not have roof rails and in this price point and in this type of sporty hatch world expect roof rails. The ground clearance is very impressive which means offroading will not be a tough mission.
Coming to the back the first thing which attracts the most is tail lamps, the design of these LED lamps is such a creative art. Its a hatchback it means rear wiper is there for rear windshield. The roonted spoiler mae it more sporty.
The dashboard contains very sporty element, the flat bottom steering which make the interior massively sporty and chrome work on the steering is very impressive and gives a very preimum appearance.
The comfort levels are on the higher side, all seats get adjustable headrest which makes it more comfortable for longer distances. Cabin don't give a feel of claustrophobia thanks to big windows.
Volkswagen offers you eight variations of Polo the Trendline 1.0l petrol the starting variation whose cost is 5.88 lakhs it is packed with 999cc of engine with manual transmission.
GT TDI is the top trim of polo its a 1498cc diesel car which cost around 9.89 lakhs, manual transmission.
It won't comes with diesel automatic, there is only one automatic variation, GT TSI 1197cc engine you will found under its hood, petrol, automatic.
