So, the tittle is clear enough that I am going to talk about the Bumbulbee, that beautiful transformer and it's real name is Chevrolet Camaro. Now the question grows on your curious soil of your mind that, why I choose this tittle?....... because for me or I think that for all of us the Camaro look outstanding in its yellow colour. Ya there are many colours also, but yellow is the perfect one for this transformer.
This American was generally born as a competitor, competitor of Ford Mustang. You can find its name in the list of the most attractive cars. The car look so cool, so stylish, so sporty and the designer just nailed it.
The exterior.....
If any car wants to learn how to show their presence on the road then knock the doors of Camaro. The body is so well maintained and the long and almost flat nose, with thin and flat eyes, the grill is perfectly carries the momentum, the blinkers are very close to the front wheels that gives it a very amazing feel. The back face of the car is very sporty and it looks as if it is inviting others and saying... "lets come and show me what you got". The spoiler is just flawless and the sharkfin antenna located on the roof in coupe version and in convertible version it is closed to the spoiler.
The interior......
The cabin is very nicely packed with the three spoke steering wheel which contains some buttons that give you a tour of instrument cluster and the center console. It is a four seated car but the back seats are not so comfortable in comparison to the front ones. Overall the cabin is one of the peace giving place for all the car lover.
The very first camaro (1967-1969)....
The competition was on with Mustang when Camaro debuted in 1966, September. The first generation was stood up on all expectations of the people with its design and performance. The first generation was made on the GM F- body platform. It is a four seater car and had two varients one is coupe and other one is convertible.
The long running generation than first, the second generation (1970-1981)....
In the second generation the Camaro got lots of changes in its design than 1st. 2nd was not carrying the simple exterior as 1st one. This time the headlight had raised tunnel like but as the 1st one had flat bonnet. And the grill was so long in the 1st one and in 2nd one the grill was not so long.
1982-1992....
The camaro's exterior was fully changed it became more stylish and modernized. The long sharp nose. This is the 1st Camaros that got modern fuel injection Turbo-Hydromatic 700R4 four speed automatic transmission and 5-speed manual transmission.
Coming to the fourth generation of Camaro (1993-2002)....
The 3rd generation and the 4th generation were looking almost similar in body and this generation got an updated F-body platform.
(2010-2015), The year of 5th generation....
In this generation it got its most beautiful and sexy body shape. This generation came on the roads with complete makeover and looked totally different from the past generations. It followed the Zeta architecture.
And now the present generation of Camaro....
2016 was the year of Camaro because Camaro earned the tittle of "Car of the year" by Motor Trend. The 6th generation is also loaded with Apple car play and Android auto.
2017 was the year in which 1LE performance package was back to Camaro. In this package it provides V6 and V8 models. 205 mph(329.9 km/h ) ZL1 showed its top speed in 2017.
2018 the new package was introduced by Chevrolet the ZL1 1LE.
Monster Energy NASCAR Cup series in 2018, ZL1 was introduced in this event. Camaro is not a camera conscious, it also lives a life of an actor. In the movie (Transformer) Camaro played the role of Bumbulbee.
It is very sad that this transformer is still not on the roads of India.....but..... hoping for the best. Now let the transformer sleep......
